Job Description

  • Assist in the design and development of chatbot dialogues and workflows.
  • Analyze user interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in the chatbot’s performance.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align chatbot content with business objectives.
  • Help implement and test new features and functionalities to improve chatbot capabilities.
  • Monitor chatbot performance metrics and report on key insights to the team.
  • Support the training and updating of chatbot responses to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for enhancing the chatbot experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
  • Familiarity with chatbot platforms and technologies, such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
  • Experience or coursework in computer science, AI, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Ability to create clear and engaging conversational flows.
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
  • Passion for AI and its applications in improving user interactions.

Would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of customer support processes and how chatbots can enhance them.
