Job Description
- Assist in the design and development of chatbot dialogues and workflows.
- Analyze user interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in the chatbot’s performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align chatbot content with business objectives.
- Help implement and test new features and functionalities to improve chatbot capabilities.
- Monitor chatbot performance metrics and report on key insights to the team.
- Support the training and updating of chatbot responses to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for enhancing the chatbot experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and technologies, such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Experience or coursework in computer science, AI, linguistics, or a related field.
- Ability to create clear and engaging conversational flows.
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
- Passion for AI and its applications in improving user interactions.
Would be a plus:
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of customer support processes and how chatbots can enhance them.
