ICT Department
The Web Development Department is responsible for creating and maintaining the IT tools and applications that compose Extramus business and services. Currently, the main tasks in this department are:
- Design and Implement EXTRAMUS’ applications
- Deploy and maintain the on-air applications
- WEB and Interface development
- Make improvements on the applications if necessary.
The Information and communications technology (ICT) Department, like its own name suggest, is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining EXTRAMUS’ set of applications, not only attractive to companies but to modern-world professionals. Currently, our team has been working in several projects, like the Theater Platform and the HR application as well.

WordPress Developer
Job Duties:
- Designing and re-desinging the Extramus website with WordPress
- Designing and updating online platforms related to EXTRAMUS projects.
- Posting and updating on EXTRAMUS blog
- Update information and pages on the website
- Create WordPress plugins and themes
- Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code
- Identify and fix bugs that are found within the code.
- Knowledge of both frontend and backend languages such as CSS, JavaScript, PHP etc.

Front-End Developer
Job Duties:
- Using HTML, CSS, bootstrap and Javascript to design the website.
- Designing and maintaining user interactions on web pages.
- Updating new functionalities from the existing functionalities.
- Detect and fix emerging website problems or errors.
- To improve user experience, develop features.
- Ensure all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end.
- Designing and developing web applications that are cross-Brower compatibles
- Creating modular, responsive templates using modular CSS techniques and JavaScript libraries
- Working with version control systems such as GIT / SVN

Back-End Developer
Job Duties:
- Developing functional web applications using PHP MVC framework, MySQL etc.
- Writing clean codes for web applications.
- Routinely testing for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors of websites.
- Building code and libraries for future use.
- Attending regular meetings with the front-end developers to examine weaknesses and issues.
- Ensuring security and data protection.

Full Stack Developer
Job Duties:
- Development of front-end website architecture.
- Developing back-end website applications.
- Supervising and directing the analysis, writing, creation and distribution of website.
- Creating servers and databases for functionality.
- Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code .
- Build dynamic, visually-attractive, end-to-end, and innovative software product/apps including front-end and back-end.
- Developing new features and infrastructure to support rapidly emerging business and project requirements.
- Evaluate software components and recommend applications by communicating with teammates

UX Designer
Job Duties:
- Planning and conducting user research and competitor analysis
- Interpreting data and qualitative feedback
- Creating user stories, personas, storyboards, sitemaps, prototypes, and wireframes
- Determining information architecture
- Working closely with the product team to identify research questions
- Conducting interviews, user surveys, card sorting, and usability tests
- Designing and executing studies into user behaviour and attitudes

Application Developer
Job Duties:
- Creating and implementing the source code of new applications
- Writing clean, readable, and testable code
- Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
- Collaborating with a team of ICT professionals to set specifications for new applications
- Designing creative prototypes according to specifications
- Writing high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
- Performing unit and integration testing before launch
- Conducting functional/non-functional testing and debugging code
- Evaluating existing applications to reprogram, updating and adding new features
