Recruiters are essential to improving the business. In EXTRAMUS you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring qualified and talented candidates. The job position includes coordinating interview processes for interested applicants, designing job descriptions and sourcing intern candidates through data base by assessing their relevant knowledge and experiences. You will also act as an advocate for new and already existent interns achieving staffing objectives. The position gives you the opportunity to boost interpersonal skills; stay organized and be detailed oriented.
