Job Description
- Assist in managing and growing our social media channels by creating and scheduling posts.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Help organize and execute online events, such as webinars, live streams, and Q&A sessions.
- Monitor community feedback and report insights to the team to inform content strategy.
- Support the creation of content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive community engagement.
- Assist in moderating online discussions to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and community management best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience or coursework in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and values.
- Understanding of online community dynamics and how to foster positive engagement.
- Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
Would be a plus:
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
