Job Description

  • Assist in managing and growing our social media channels by creating and scheduling posts.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Help organize and execute online events, such as webinars, live streams, and Q&A sessions.
  • Monitor community feedback and report insights to the team to inform content strategy.
  • Support the creation of content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive community engagement.
  • Assist in moderating online discussions to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and community management best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Experience or coursework in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
  • Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and values.
  • Understanding of online community dynamics and how to foster positive engagement.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for building and nurturing online communities.

Would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

  • Hands-on experience in community management and social media strategy.
  • Exposure to content creation and the development of online engagement strategies.
