March 2024 was highlighted by a unique experience in Turkey on the occasion of a “Youth in the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem – YEE” project. Mr Gallo, our CEO, immersed himself in Turkish culture with the aim of creating a culture of entrepreneurship among young people. For 10 days, young people from various backgrounds and their leaders gathered in the city of Konya, Turkey with the objectives of increasing young people’s knowledge about entrepreneurship, motivating them to start implementing their business ideas, enabling them to discover and be aware of their entrepreneurial potential, and encouraging unemployed youth to become entrepreneurs.
“This project allowed me to get closer to Turkish culture and to foster my entrepreneur skills”.

A full Program for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
A meticulously structured program was set up, blending professional development with cultural exchange. A variety of activities were designed to equip participants with essential entrepreneurial skills. These activities ranged from managing sessions, intensive training,
and teamwork sessions to team buildings, workshops, and local visits. Each activity was themed around crucial business concepts such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, the green sector, risk management, and creating a business plan. Participants also engaged in
presentations, allowing them to consolidate and showcase their learning.
“The creativity on the field with the other participants when it came to creating business ideas showed me how great it can be to work in a team. We could even test our ideas and marketing strategies in a market game simulation.”
Cultural Immersion and Exchange
This project also emphasized cultural exchange, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation among participants. Multiple cultural nights were organised, where participants were encouraged to creatively present their countries’ heritage through dances, games,
songs, food, and interactive activities. These sessions were not only entertaining but also enriched the participants’ global perspectives, enhancing their interpersonal and communication skills.
“We got closer to Karaman university and exchanged valuable information with the students.
Overall I feel I have grown. This project has definitely had a positive impact on my future.”

Mr. Gallo’s participation in this unique event demonstrates our organisation’s dedication to developing young entrepreneurs. By sharing his ideas and experiences from Turkey, we hope to inspire more young people to pursue and realise their entrepreneurial dreams.
